Aloha's Verse Reflection

Aloha's Verse Reflection

The verse 2 Corinthians 8:7 is an excellent example on how everyone should live life through Christ. In this verse the apostle Paul is writing a letter to the Church of Cornith. He states "Excel in everything- in faith, speech, knowledge, and in all devotion." This demonstrates the things we should do to create a better relationship with God and the people around us. We are to make sure that we only say appropriate things, try our best to learn more about God, work on our relationship with Him, and to devote our lives to our Savior. There are also so many other meaningful things in the verse 2 Corinthians 8:7. For example, in the very ending of the verse Paul writes "Excel also in this grace." This definitely expresses how we should give grace to others instead of automatically getting mad at them or not being able to forgive them. God gives us grace everyday even though we don't deserve it, meaning we should do the same because as his followers we should always try to be like Him. As long as we continue to live through the verse 2 Corinthians 8:7 we should be able to live a wonderful life doing good deeds through Christ.
